The ocean gives us so much, and we believe it’s our responsibility to give something back. Through responsible sailing, ocean education, and a commitment to protecting the places we explore, we hope to inspire a deeper connection to the water and a desire to keep it wild for generations to come.
We believe stories have the power to change the way people see the world and themselves. By sharing real experiences from life at sea, the women we meet, and the lessons we learn along the way, we hope to encourage others to take a chance on themselves, chase the things that scare them, and make room for someone else to do the same.
Sometimes, all someone needs is the chance to see what’s possible. We create opportunities for women to come aboard, experience life at sea, and discover what they’re capable of. These voyages are about more than sailing. They’re about building confidence, finding connection, and opening doors that might have otherwise stayed closed.
How Does It Work?
Women join us aboard for hands-on sailing voyages built to get them out of their comfort zone and onto the water. This isn't a luxury charter. It's real life aboard a sailboat: weather delays, boat projects, problem-solving, and teamwork. Participants learn practical skills, take on real responsibility, and discover what they're capable of. Along the way, we give back to the coastal communities we visit through beach cleanups, conservation projects, and volunteer work shaped by what each community needs. We document every journey and the women and locals we meet, and share their stories to inspire others to adventure, get involved, and care for our waters.
